Spring is nearly here in Canada which means it's the perfect time for a road trip! Here's our guide of the national parks that you can't miss. Whether you're looking for rugged mountains, dramatic coastline, or wildlife - there's something for everyone.

Banff National Park (Alberta)

Of course no guide would be complete without including the world famous Banff National Park. It's located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, it's known for stunning mountains, crystal clear turquoise lakes (Lake Louise & Moraine Lake), and diverse wildlife. If you're lucky you can spot mountain goats, elk, and grizzly bears. Here you can hike, ski, star gaze, and visit hot springs.

It offers more than 1000km of walking trails, as well as glaciers, mountains, and hot springs. There's also the Jasper Skytram which provides picturesque views. Gros Morne National Park (Newfoundland & Labrador)

Pacific Rim National Park Reserve (British Colombia)

Located on Vancouver Island, you don't have to travel far from the city to experience nature. It has world class beaches as well as a rainforest - something you don't often associate with Canada!
