Program Terms
Imoova Insiders is a personal recommendation program. It exists so that people who genuinely use and love relocations can share them with their own audience: friends, followers, readers, and communities. It is not a wholesale, resale, or distribution channel, and it does not grant any licence to republish Imoova content or data.
What you can do
- Share your referral link on your own social accounts, in messages, in your newsletter, and in blog posts or videos you author.
- Write honest reviews, trip reports, and guides about relocations you have actually experienced or researched, linking to Imoova.
- Add your link to your own personal site, channel, or community, clearly disclosed as a referral link, as required by advertising rules in your country.
- Use the Imoova name to describe who you are linking to (“I'm an Imoova Insider”), and use logos or images only with our written permission.
What is not allowed
- Operating, owning, or contributing to any website, app, feed, or bot that reproduces, republishes, or displays Imoova relocation listings, routes, deals, availability, pricing, or images, whether entered manually, scraped, or taken from any feed, sitemap, or API. This includes sites that present Imoova relocations as their own inventory or as a searchable directory or comparison of deals.
- Crawling, scraping, or otherwise collecting Imoova content or data by automated means, and reselling, syndicating, or sublicensing that content or data to anyone else.
- Using a domain, subdomain, app name, social handle, page, or business name that contains “Imoova” or any confusingly similar variation, or presenting your site as an official Imoova site, booking channel, or partner.
- Bidding on “Imoova”, its misspellings, or variations as paid search keywords, and running any paid ad whose text or display URL implies official affiliation.
- Promoting through coupon, cashback, voucher, or deal-feed sites, or through browser extensions or toolbars that inject, overwrite, or hijack affiliate tracking.
- Referring your own bookings, booking on a customer's behalf, or acting as a booking agent for others.
- Unsolicited email or SMS, bulk messaging, forum and comment spam, or posting links anywhere a platform's rules prohibit it.
- Making false or misleading claims about prices, availability, inclusions, or relocation conditions, including fabricated urgency or discounts.
Enforcement
Imoova may suspend or terminate any Insider account at its sole discretion, and may withhold, reverse, or claw back commissions, including commissions already approved or paid, where activity breaches these terms. We may also require removal of infringing sites, content, or brand assets, and revoke your referral link. We will usually give notice and a chance to fix the issue first, but we are not obliged to.
Imoova may update or modify these Insiders program terms, including commission rates, attribution windows, and payout terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page along with the updated date below. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
