How Imoova Works: Booking a Relocation from Start to Finish

Head to Imoova.com and search by country, route, or dates. You can also filter deals that include ferry or fuel reimbursements. Deals are updated daily depending on demand. You can also use our app, which is available on the Apple App Store & Google Play.

Pick a relocation that suits your timeframe and travel goals.

Unlike many platforms, Imoova operates on a first-come, first-served basis so if you see a deal, grab it.

Bookings are sent to the rental company to confirm, typically within 48 hours. Bare this in mind if booking over a weekend. Once confirmed, you’ll receive:

• Pick-up instructions

• Vehicle details

• A reminder of time/mileage limits

Collect your vehicle from the depot and get a quick walkthrough. If it's your first time in a campervan or RV feel free to ask the team questions so you feel comfortable setting off. Make sure to take photos & videos of your vehicle, highlighting any existing wear and tear.

Enjoy your road trip and make sure you arrive on time at your drop-off location. If your relocation includes a fuel or ferry allowance, make sure to keep hold of any receipts.
