A Guide to Imoova Inclusions

Each listing on Imoova.com clearly states any fuel or ferry allowances like the image below. If none are mentioned, then this means the listing does not have any fuel or ferry rebates available. Please note - Imoova does not have any control of whether a listing has any inclusions, this is decided by the rental company when they upload the listing to our website. Many of our listings do have reimbursements, but it is not a guarantee. If you are specifically looking for a listing that has fuel or ferry included then you can also filter on the 'inclusions' section on our website to make it easier to find.

Each rental company works differently. They will either get in contact with you prior to your booking, or they will confirm details with you when you pick up the vehicle. In most cases, you will be asked to keep all receipts for fuel/ferry tickets and give these to staff when you drop off the vehicle. The rental company will then reimburse you within 7-10 business days.

"Can I sleep in the vehicle?"

Unfortunately Spirit of Tasmania do not allow this.

"How do I add additional passengers?"

Call Spirit of Tasmania after confirmation.

"Do I have to pay for a recliner?"

No, it is free if it's a night sail.

"Can I change the date?"

If the date is pre booked then no, otherwise it's subject to availability.

"My booking comes with a free ferry but there's no availability?"

"How do I know if there's a pre booked ferry?"

The listing will show the time and date if the rental company have already booked you a slot, as seen below.
