By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge and agree that the timeslot you select is subject to change based on the availability of our units. While we make every effort to honor your requested time, confirmation of your exact timeslot is contingent upon unit availability at the time of booking confirmation.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Provider reserves the right to cancel any booking or reservation at any time without prior notice. While we are committed to honoring all confirmed reservations, we reserve the right to cancel under exceptional circumstances or cases of force majeure.

An amount of 2,000 EUR at the current exchange rate is required to be paid to the supplier on collection of the vehicle. The bond is refunded to you on return of the vehicle in the same condition as it was collected. Typically, this will take a minimum of 7-10 business days for your financial institution to release the pre-authorized bond amount back to your account.
