A holding deposit of $500 is required within 48 hours from booking in order for Avanti to confirm and hold your reservation. The holding deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your trip up to 7 days before departure. No refund will be issued if trips are cancelled less than 7 days before pick up, regardless of the reason for cancellation. The holding deposit is kept as a security (bond) until the end of your trip, and will be refunded within 7 days from the end of your trip after our inspection of the van. Typically, it will take your financial institution 2-5 business days to post the deposit back to your account after we release it.

Insurance is required for all trips. CDW insurance ($18/day, $750 deductible) is automatically added to all trips. You may use a valid US car insurance instead - contact the supplier after booking to implement.

Preparation fee of $79 is automatically applied to all trips. For some trips, when agreed-upon in advance, the supplier may refund the fee if you deliver the van clean as received and avoid using the linens and kitchen items.
